What does Intolerant offer in Cairo?
Intolerant offers chef-made meals in Cairo. You can order meals individually from the menu or choose a weekly or monthly subscription. Meals are delivered Sunday through Thursday, 2–4 PM. You pay by InstaPay and confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Can I subscribe to Intolerant meals for the workweek?
Yes. You can subscribe weekly (5 delivery days) or monthly (20 delivery days), delivered Sunday through Thursday, which matches a workweek routine. You choose your meals and sides for each delivery day.
When does Intolerant deliver?
Deliveries run Sunday through Thursday, between 2 and 4 PM (closed Friday and Saturday). Order before the 12:00 noon cutoff for that day's window; orders after the cutoff are delivered the next working day.
Does Intolerant deliver to Nasr City or my part of Cairo?
Yes. Nasr City is one of our delivery areas, along with New Cairo, Heliopolis, Sheraton, Maadi, Obour, Shorouk, Madinaty and Downtown. Delivery fees vary by area and are shown at checkout when you choose your district.
How much does an Intolerant weekly subscription cost?
Weekly plans start at EGP 1,600 (1 meal per day, 5 delivery days) or EGP 2,000 with a daily snack; two-meal weekly plans are EGP 2,990, or EGP 3,390 with a snack. Monthly plans (20 delivery days) range from EGP 6,200 to EGP 12,400. A delivery fee applies based on your area. Prices are current at publishing and may change.
How do I order and pay?
Order on the website — build your meal, choose an individual order or a subscription, and check out. You pay by InstaPay and confirm your order on WhatsApp (+20 105 000 9321). The final amount, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout.
Are Intolerant meals suitable for a food allergy or intolerance?
Do not assume a dish is allergy-safe from the name "Intolerant." Ask us about the specific meal before ordering and we can tell you its ingredients. Every meal also lists its calories and macros on the menu. For a specific allergy or intolerance, contact us on WhatsApp before you order.
Are Intolerant meals high in protein?
Each meal on the menu shows its calories and macros, including protein, so you can choose meals by their protein content. On many meals you can also add an extra 100g of protein for an additional charge. Check the nutrition shown for the specific dish before ordering.
